I've got a Raspberry Pi 3 running Arch Linux ARM with Deluge 1.3.15 and libtorrent 1.1.6. I had been using this setup successfully for several weeks until last weekend when I noticed all of my torrents sitting at 0% progress despite having plenty of seeders.
- Can't download files Sign in. Also I am now using BitComet. But it is not the same. I have been unable to download any torrent since last week Wednesday, can.
- I'm from India. Yea torrents are blocked here. So Im using VPNs. But Im not able to download the torrent file. Whenever i click 'get this torrent' nothing happens other than just a blink. Tried Incognito too.
- Best Answer: First thing, check your windows firewall. Second thing, visit uTorrent's port checker and make sure the matching port in your preferences is open. If not, you may have to visit your router's config page, which you may have to Google for.
If you are unable to download torrent, then you can try torrent to direct link. Which will help you in downloading torrent without any torrent software. Go to MSA Direct Torrent and search for the torrent you want to download. It sounds like you are trying to do this from a place which has blocked torrent access - like a college, university, or place of work. If that is the case, you will have to get on line somewhere else. They're not the only torrent sites out there, but they are among the best. Best Overall: The Pirate Bay. Torrentz2: This is like a super torrent index, searching for torrents across dozens of other torrent sites. You can see the complete list in their Sites in our index page. So you may be able to find obscure titles here.
The problem occurs regardless of which torrents are active. I was able to download the same torrents on another device on my network with no issues. I was also able to download the same torrents with transmission on the Raspberry Pi. I tried downgrading libtorrent to 1.1.5 (as well as boost-libs to 1.65.1) but that did not help. I tried setting deluge's logging level to debug but it didn't provide any useful information as far as I could tell. I had not upgraded any software on the device before it stopped downloading. I also ran df and verified that I was not out of disk space.
At this point I am out of ideas on how to troubleshoot this issue. I would be grateful for any suggestions and am happy to provide more details if needed.
Edit: I also wanted to mention that I am using a proxy via SOCKS5 for all four proxy settings. This is the same as on the other device that was able to download properly.
I have installed BitTorrent , Transmission , K torrent , Vaduz etc.But I am not able to download any torrent files.I have already tried every thing but i cont do any thing. Could you help me with the answer please ..
I have installed ubuntu 14.04

Right-click on torrent file link and choose
Save file
. A torrent file should be created in your Downloads
or home
folder. Click on that file and it should automatically open with a torrent software. Make sure you don't mistake magnet link for torrent file. Some torrent sites don't provide torrent files anymore, just magnet links. Magnet links cannot be downloaded as a file, they can only be opened directly by torrenting software. If a magnet link doesn't open with any torrent software (it is not associated with any such program), just click-and-drag the magnet link into a torrent program window. That should open the magnet link.
